Shanghai-listed Baosteel will raise its ex-work prices of hot-rolled coil for July by Yuan 100/mt ($16/mt), the steelmaker said late Monday.
It will also increase prices of CQ grade and non-automobile grade cold-rolled sheets and coils by Yuan 100/mt.
For the same grades of hot-dip galvanized coil, prices would increase by Yuan 50/mt.
The mill will also raise its prices for non-oriented electrical steel by Yuan 200/mt.
Baosteel does not provide actual list prices in its monthly announcements, only the margin of increase or decrease.
Baosteel Group continues to announce offers separately from Wuhan Iron & Steel Group, despite their December 2016 merger to form China Baowu Steel Group.
