The Canada Border Services Agency has made its preliminary dumping and subsidy margin determinations on cold-rolled sheet from China, South Korea, and Vietnam, Kallanish reports.
China's preliminary dumping margin has been identified as 91.9% with an 11.6% subsidy, for a total estimated unfair trade margin of 103.5%.
South Korea's dumping margin is 53% with a subsidy margin of 11.3% for a total of 64.3%. Vietnam's dumping margin is 99.2% with a subsidy of 6.5% for a total of 105.7%.
The agency is slated to release additional information within 15 days in a statement of reasons.
