Japan exported 35,912 tons of heavy plate to China in August with average price at ??83,000/ton.
Meanwhile, Taiwan imported 1,728 tons of heavy plate from Japan with average price at ??70,000/ton, Hong Kong imported 343 tons with average price at ??120,000/ton, Vietnam occupied 1,810 tons with average price at ??57,000/ton.
China imported total 202,086 ton heavy plate from January to August, with average price at ??79,000/ton. The figures for Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam were 7,567 tons with average price at ??67,000/ton, 3,311 tons with average price ??121,000/ton, and 13,809 tons with average price at ??69,000/ton respectively.
