Viet Nam, Laos, Thailand develop economic corridor
Industry and trade ministers from Laos,
Thailand and Viet Nam signed
a memorandum of understanding to boost trade exchange and attract investment
for the development of the East-West economic corridor.
At the industry and trade ministerial meeting between the
three countries in Savanakhet, Laos
on December 26, the ministers discussed cooperational measures in order to
develop tourism, exchange economic information and implement joint agreements
on trade and investment.
Also discussed were several projects on infrastructure
facility development and economic, trade and investment cooperation.
