The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) on Friday announced
that Indonesia`s gross domestic product (GDP) in 2007 was recorded at 6.32
percent.
BPS deputy chief for statistical and balance sheet analysis
Slamet Soetomo said the 2007 GDP was slightly higher than the government`s
target of 6.3 percent.
"For the fourth quarter of 2007, year-on-year growth
was 6.25 percent," he said.
