The plant will include two mills in two locations in Tuyen
Hoa and Bo Trach districts.
Construction is estimated to be completed within 36 months
of being granted a construction license.
In stage one of the project, the investor will set up
clinker producing factory with a daily capacity of 5,000 tons and two grinding
mills with an output of a million tons a year.
Later, the Tuyen Hoa plant will be expanded and three new
grinding mills will be built in
Local authorities have given the project the green light and
it is now awaiting a license.
