Japanese Nippon Steel Corp will engage in price talks with
South Korean re-rollers on HRC price for the three quarter in next week.
It is estimated that Nippon Steel will target a price at US$1,000/ton.
Besides, South Korean re-rollers are mulling a production cut due to the sky-rocked
material prices.
Nippon Steel has stated the HRC price negotiation with South Korea's
several buyers, and the price is at US$1,030~1,050/ton.
