Besides, Russian and Ukrainian steel mills decided to
restrict continuously the export volume for billet due to climbing domestic
demand.
It’s said that Turkish and CIS billet makers are restraining
their export and shifting the portion of billet exports for their own usage or
selling small quantities to domestic re-rollers instead.
