Both companies have set up a specialized company to study
the feasibility for increasing to 10 million tonnes at the steel plant.
In the first stage, the mill will have an initial capacity
of 4.5 million tonnes a year. The company will invest another USD 7 billion to
reach a capacity of 10 million tonnes by 2025.
