Chinese prices of hot rolled steel in domestic and export market are keeping sluggish.
On Shanghai market, the price of commercial 4.75mm to 12mm is RMB3,130/ton, down by RMB10/ton from last Friday. And the price for commodity grade 2.75mm HRC is the same with last week, at RMB3,500/ton.
In terms of export market, quotations for Q235 or SS400 HRC are from US$520 to US$550/ton FOB, down by US$30/ton from last week, but very few deals are being signed.
