The prices of construction material were down 10-30% sharply during the last five months. Particularly, construction steel between June and July was sold at about 21.5 million dong a tonne.
In the middle of this year, the price of cement Ha Tien 1 and Holcim stood at 80,000 dong a bag and 73,000 dong a bag, which has now decreased to 65,000 dong and 69,000 dong a tonne only.
