HCM City-headquartered Roli Investment Joint Stock Co on March 14 delivered 10 billion dong of pledged investment capital to build a 350,000 tonne cement plant in the central
The plant is expected to start work in this July.
Under the signed agreement, Roli will invest 100% in building the plant.
In addition, Roli also showed its intention to build another 1.4 million tonne cement plant in Ta Rung, Huong Hoa Dist in Quang Tri province.
