Korean Dongkuk Steel purchased Japanese H2 scrap at ￥26,000/ton.
Japanese supplier estimated that Hyundai Steel already confirmed to purchase Japanese scrap at least 80,000 tons.
On the other hand, Korean steel mills’ purchasing prices of American H1 scarp have been over US$300/ton.
