Prime minister has recently approved a plan to set up Vietnam Environment and Resources Corp under the model of parent company-subsidiary.
The Vietnam Environment and Resources Corp will be state-run Corporation directly under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, operating in fields such as production, trade, consulting, real estate and land services, water resource, mineral and geologic resources, environment, meteorology and hydrology, map measurement, sea and islands and other sectors nationwide.
The corporation will have a chartered capital of 130 billion dong.
