China's Wuhan ups December steel prices

Wuhan Iron and Steel Co has raised December prices for hot and cold rolled steel by 300 yuan ($43.95) and 400 yuan ($58.60) per tonne respectively, an industry source told Reuters on Wednesday.

The price rise effectively reverses the firm's cut of up to 400 yuan on major steel products in November.

China's top steel producer Baosteel has also effectively raised prices for December, having scrapped discounts implemented in November.
