China Sets Steel Mill Output Requirements to Curb Overcapacity
China plans to require all the nation’s steel mills to have at least 1 million tons of capacity, according to draft regulations posted today to the Website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The plan aims to curb overcapacity in the steel industry, according to the statement.
