The store, costing more than US$200 million to build, is equipped with the latest equipment in the marine industry. It takes crude from pipes under the sea, offering first treatment to filter air and water to provide 3.5-5 million liters of oil an hour to refineries.
It has a wastewater treatment plant that is designed to treat up to 2.4 million liters of sewage a day.
The store will be towed offshore Tuesday and will be anchored at Bach Ho oil field after ten days.
