It’s reported that the US Department of Commerce (DOC) has revoked the administrative reviews of antidumping duty on certain welded circular pipes and tubes originated from two Taiwanese steel manufactures, requested by US Steel.
In fact, the US DOC started an antidumping review on the products from eight Taiwanese steel pipe makers in response to the requirement of US Steel. However, US Steel rescinded the petition against six companies.
US Steel let stand requested for antidumping reviews on steel pipes from Yieh Phui Enterprise Co and Chung Hung Steel Corp.
However, US Steel revoked the reviews on the two companies as well last week, promoting US DOC to cancel the remaining reviews.
