It’s reported that Australia launched the initial antidumping investigation result on the welded steel pipes originated from China, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand on December 23rd, 2011.
The tariffs of the products involved in this case include 73063000, 73066100 and 73066900.
Under the rule, Australia will impose antidumping rate of 10.5% on Chinese steel mills generally, except 9.2% on Hengshui Jinghua Steel Pipe Co., Ltd, 6.3% on Huludao City Steel Pipe Industrial Co., Ltd., 10.5% on Qingdao Xiangxing Steel Pipe Co., Ltd and 8.7% on the other Chinese enterprises involved in this case.
Meanwhile, Australia will impose antidumping rate of 11.5% on South Korea, 15.0% on Malaysia and 15.7% on Taiwan.
However, Australia decided not to impose any antidumping rate on Thailand.
