It’s reported that Russia has officially become the 156th member of World Trade Organization (WTO) on August 22nd, 2012, adding new energy into WTO.
Industry sources said that Russia’s entrance into the WTO may impact a part of industries in the near short term.
However, it will help Russia to attract overseas funds and to bring in high technology in the long term, enhancing the country’s competiveness.
