Thailand keeps 13.9% AD duty on Chinese H-beam

According to report, Thailand’s commerce ministry will keep imposing antidumping (AD) duties on H-beam imports from China for another five year, effective from October 10th.

 

The duty applies to imports from Laiwu Steel and all other Chinese suppliers. It was announced last Friday. Thailand imposed 13.905% rate for one year from October 2011 from original 27.81% plenty rate.

 

The beneficiary was the only one structural sections producer Siam Tamato and the anti-dumping started from October 2002.
