China imported 600.49 million tones of iron ore in the first nine months of the year, up 9 percent year on year; average import price during the period stayed at 129.07 dollars/mt, cif.
In September, China imported 74.58 million tones of iron ore in September, up 5.57 percent month on month or 14.72 percent year on year; average import price in the month was 126.18 dollars/mt, CIF, up 7.34 dollars/mt from last month.
