The ringgit was little changed versus them US dollar on lack of demand but thec currency was mostly higher against othermajor currencies, dealers said.
At 9.25am, the ringgit was quoted at 3.3100/3120 against US dollar against yesterday's close of 3.3185/3215.
The local unit was also little changed against the Singapore dollar at 2.6104/6122 from 2.6136/6164 yesterday, but rose against the yen to 3.2620/2647 from 3.2753/2789.
The ringgit was stronger against the British pound at 5.3999/4045 from 5.4141/4204 yesterday and strengthened against the euro to 4.4781/4811 4.4859/4907. – Bernama, February 6, 2014.
