- On Beijing’s retail market, spot prices for 18-25mm diameter HRB400 rebar sourced from Hebei Iron & Steel were assessed at Yuan 3,240-3,260/metric ton ($519-523/mt) actual weight with 17% VAT, slightly down from Monday’s Yuan 3,250-3,260/mt – source: SBB
