China announced to cancel rebate for exports of boron added steel products


Due to "pollution in the manufacturing process", according to the statement on the official website of central government on December 31.

The policy will be effective from January 01, 2015.

The decision was made at the executive meeting of the State Council in the day.

Four kinds of steel products were involved in the policy, i.e. boron-added alloy medium plate (HS code: 72254091), boron-added alloy HR narrow strip (HS code: 72269191), boron-added alloy wire rod (HS code: 72279010), and boron-added alloy bar (HS code: 72283010).
