It’s reported that Ministry International Trade and Industry Malaysia
(MITI) decided to extend anti-dumping investigation on imported rebar
from China and South Korea, and the preliminary results scheduled to be
released on January 1st will be postponed to January 30th, 2015.
Last September, the Malaysian government initiated anti-dumping
investigations on rebar imports from China and South Korea, following a
petition filed by domestic steel producer Ann Joo Steel.
The involving customs codes for products are under 7214 and 7228 (no longer than 6 meters).
