ArcelorMittal planned to build new steel plant in India Karnataka with
annual production capacity around 6 million tons of steel plant. It is
expected to complete the allocation of land and start building a factory
soon.
Meanwhile, the company also applies for lease of mining rights in the
State of Karnataka. However, the activity has been postponed due to
prohibited by the High Court along with the Government's new mining law.
