- The average price of 6.5mm Q235 high speed wire rod dropped by 8 yuan per tonne from the previous trading day to 2,361 yuan per tonne and that of 20mm HRB400 rebar dropped by 12 yuan per tonne to 2,248 yuan per tonne. – source: SteelHome

- Platts assessed SS400 HRC 3mm and above thick at $343-348/metric ton FOB China Monday, down $2/mt from Friday following three consecutive days of price stability. – source: Platts
- On Monday Platts assessed Q235 HRC 5.5mm thick in Shanghai at Yuan 2,340-2,360/mt ($377-380/mt) ex-stock with 17% VAT, down Yuan 15/mt from last Friday. Most dealers in the region expected prices to fall further – though mostly by a small margin. – source: Platts

Scrap
- Steel First's price assessment for imported HMS 1&2 (80:20) to India stood unchanged at $265-275 per tonne cfr Nhava Sheva on June 12. - source: Steel First
- Steel First's weekly price assessment for Turkish domestic auto bundle (DKP grade) scrap was TRY700-740 ($256-271) per tonne delivered, up from TRY700-730 ($256-267) per tonne last week. - source: Steel First

- Japan's Tokyo Steel announced to raise its scrap purchasing prices by ￥500/ton from June 16th. Bar/ Wire rod
- Feng Hsin Iron and Steel Co. ,the list prices of rebar had remained unchanged during the previous week. The prices had averaged at NT$ 13,600 per ton during that time. HRC/P
- Turkish hot rolled coil prices also remained relatively stable on week Monday, after softening slightly last week. Local producers were generally offering HRC at $430-440/mt ex-works, but they continued to offer discounts of $5/mt for sizeable bookings, sources noted. - source: Platts
