Kinsteel Disposes Of Perwaja's RCULS For RM9.3 Million
Kinsteel Bhd has disposed of 37.2 million units of Redeemable
Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks (RCULS) of Perwaja Holding Bhd for
RM9.3 million.
Kinsteel will realise a gain on disposal of about RM3.72 million, which
will be used for the group's working capital requirements, it said in a
filing to Bursa Malaysia today.
The disposal will not have any effect on the earnings and earnings per share of Kinsteel, it said.
