Japan NSSMC plans to merge Thailand cold rolled and galvanized companies

According to Japan Nippon Steel Company (NSSMC) recently said it will merge in Thailand of cold rolled and galvanized the two subsidiary companies, mergers will be mutual beneficial to their business.

These two companies merged into Siam United steel companies (SUS), and is located in Thailand's zinc-plated steel company (NSGT), which is waiting for government approval.

These two companies expect to merge in September this year. NSSMC holds 80.2% of shares, Thailand Tin plate manufacturing company holds 4.8% of shares and the rest by Mitsui, Sumitomo, Japan held trading company.
