Formosa Ha Tinh Steel plans to begin blast furnace ignition in June
Formosa Plastics Group has announced to begin blast furnace ignition at its Vietnam Ha Tinh Mill in June this year.
Since the construction of the steel plant beginning in 2012, due to
political and construction issues, the construction progress has not
been as smoothly as expected.
In last year, the Formosa Plastics Group claimed that the ignition is
expected in March-April this year, but will postpone until June.
