China's crude steel productions fall in Jan-Feb
According to China's National Development and Reform Commission data
released, in January-February this year, China's crude steel production
totaled 1.2107 billion tons, down by 5.7% year on year; steel production
totaled 1.6228 billion tons, down by 2.1% year on year month on month,
an increase of 2.1% year on year.
China’s ferroalloy production totaled 5.06 million tons, down by 3.1% month on month, an increase of 1.4% year on year.
Meanwhile, China’s steel exports totaled 17.85 million tons, down by
1.3% year on year; China’s steel imports totaled 1.86 million tons, down
by 8.4% year on year.
