- Turkish scrap import price from UK off HMS 1&2 80:20 at $455 per tonne CFR and for shredded scrap at $460 per tonne – source: SBB

Hot rolled coil prices
- Chinese HRC producers cut HRC prices. Xinyu Steel cut HRC price by 80-100 Yuan ($12-15) for July shipment. Tianjin Tiantie Steel cut by 50 Yuan. In Shanghai, steel mills cut price of commercial grade 4-12 thick HRC by 120-130 Yuan per tonne – source: MB
