Scrap

-          Daily Metal Bulletin scrap index HMS 1&2 (80:20) CFR Turkey reported at 459.49 USD per tonne – source: MB

-          China domestic heavy scrap del consumer is 3,690-3,750 Yuan per tonne – source: MB

-          Japan's H2 scrap ex-factory price droped by 500-1,000 Yen per tonne to 38,000 – 38,500 Yen per tonne on March 11^th in Kanto region- source: Yieh

Semis

-          China export billet fob main China port is reported by Metal Bulletin at 781-783 USD per tonne on March 11^th – source: MB

Bar

-          South European rebar ex-work price rose to 724 USD per tonne – source: SBB

Hot rolled coil prices

-          Japanese steelmakers have announced a contract price increase of 36% on average for supplying hot rolled coil to South Korean customers. Japan is offering to supply South Korea at $900 per tonne fob for April shipments, $950 fob for May and $1,000 fob for June. – source: MB
