Thailand’s Department of Foreign Trade (DFT) has announced essential facts on antidumping investigations on stainless pipe and tube products imported from some countries including Vietnam, according to the Vietnam Competition Authority.
DFT also announced that it will conduct a hearing at 10am on July 27 and offer an opportunity for relevant sides to send their opinions to DFT before July 22.
Each side is allowed to register three people to join the hearing before July 22. Only entrants can take part in the hearing, which will be held in Thai language.
On September 17th, 2015, the Thai authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of stainless steel pipe (stainless pipe and tube) from China, Chinese Taipei, the Republic of Korea and Vietnam.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 7305.3110, 7306.1110, 7306.1190, 7306.2100, 7306.4010, 7306.4020, 7306.4030, 7306.4090 and 7306.6100.
